A New Day: Character Design
• It’s a New Day! The rapture has happened and all that is left of the world is ‘the Sinners’. The streets are filled with violence and rage and those that are left who sin have gone to war with one another.
• Svenn the Biker is one of The Flaming Unicorns a team of bikers who roam post rapture San Francisco, at first they seem very intimidating and bring fear to those in the city however, we discover they are doing their part to save the city and that they are just ‘gentle giants’.
• The Librarians had too much power when the world was running, they were once drunk with power with their late charges and life banning policies. However, the world is flipped around, and the librarian’s best customers are gone. Both librarians called Stacy and Samantha, are constantly confused as one another by people due to their names both starting with an S, much to their annoyance. They dress as very uptight elderly women even though they are only in their late 30s.
• The matriarchal Argonauts are an imagined race of warrior queens who inhabit the sea world of Europa.
